At SafeBabe, we work to process and deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 4–11 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the order has been shipped.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, SafeBabe cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs procedures, severe weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the order has already been shipped, SafeBabe may be unable to change the delivery address or recover the package. Any additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer may be the customer's responsibility.
